Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

  • Processing times may vary depending on whether the item is on-hand, pre-order, or fulfilled through our international suppliers.

  • Orders placed during weekends, holidays, or peak sale periods may experience slight delays.


International Shipping

Processing Time

  • International orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time for international shipments is 7–15 business days, depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and courier operations.

Additional Notes

  • International orders may experience delays due to customs inspections, weather conditions, holidays, or high shipping volume.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


Philippines Nationwide Shipping

Pre-Order Items

Processing Time

  • Pre-order items within the Philippines are processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Estimated shipping time is 5–7 business days after dispatch.

On-Hand Items

Dispatch Time

  • On-hand items are typically dispatched within 48 hours after payment confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery usually takes 1–7 business days depending on the customer's location and courier operations.

Courier Partner

  • Nationwide local deliveries are primarily handled through J&T Express.


Same-Day Delivery

  • Same-day delivery is available for selected areas within the Philippines via Lalamove.

  • Same-day delivery fees will be shouldered entirely by the customer.

  • Orders must be confirmed before the agreed cut-off time to qualify for same-day delivery.

  • Availability may vary depending on rider availability, weather conditions, and delivery distance.


Split Shipments

  • Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and warehouse locations.

  • Customers may receive multiple tracking numbers for one order.


Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and shipping method selected.

  • Additional charges such as remote area surcharges, customs fees, taxes, or re-delivery fees (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be provided once the order has been shipped.

  • Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the courier’s system.


Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package may require additional shipping fees for re-delivery.


Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • peak sale periods

  • unforeseen logistics disruptions

Shipping Responsibility

  • Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier, delivery handling becomes the responsibility of the courier service.

  • However, we will gladly assist customers with tracking concerns and delivery coordination whenever possible.
